• Politically I consider myself a liberal while economically slightly on the left, but not quite yet a socialist. According to Herbert Kitschelt’s breakdown of the modern post 1980 political spectrum I would qualify somewhat as a left-libertarian oriented individual.

• At the same time I believe that no system is perfect and no system can give the same results everywhere. Different countries need a different approach and sometimes a leftist one may not be the right one at any given time.
