Nathalie Hervé (born March 28, 1963 in Troyes) is a former ice dancer who represented France.

With partner Pierre Bechu, Hervé won the gold medal at the French Figure Skating Championships five straight years, from 1980 to 1984. They finished 14th at the 1984 Winter Olympics. Other career highlights included an 8th place finish at the World Figure Skating Championships in 1981 and a 5th place performance at the European Figure Skating Championships in 1983.
