Pacific Business News is the primary business newspaper in Hawaii.

Pacific Business News is a major weekly newspaper publication circulated in the state of Hawaii in the United States. It is headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii. Like the Wall Street Journal published nationally, Pacific Business News primarily serves the business community with news articles and feature articles tailored to the needs and interests of its readership.

Pacific Business News was started in 1963 by entrepreneur George Mason and former editor at the Honolulu Star-Bulletin John Ramsey. In 1983 Mason sold the newspaper to American City Business Journals, which continues to be the parent company of the Pacific Business News today. [1].
