Baron Moynihan

Baron Moynihan, of Leeds in the County of York, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1929 for the surgeon Berkeley George Andrew Moynihan. He had already been created a Baronet, of Leeds in the County of York, in 1922. Moynihan was the son of the Victoria Cross recipient Andrew Moynihan. The titles became dormant on the death of his grandson, the third Baron, in 1991. However, the dormancy was terminated in 1997 in favour of the latter's half-brother, the fourth Baron.
