An Elamite king of the Middle period - see Igi-Halki. A king of Susa and Anshan (Elam), possibly early in 14th century. In his inscription, found in many copies from Deh-e-Now, he says that “Manzat-Ishtar having granting him the kingship of Susa and Anzan...” [1]. Since he did not mention his father, but rather a deity that granted him the kingship, it is fair to suggest that started a new dynasty. One idea is that he was installed by Kurigalzu I. This dynasty is called Igihalkid [1]. He is also mentioned as Attar-kittah’s father on two mace heads from Choga Zanbil and in the building inscription of Shilhak-Inshushinak as the father of Pahir-ishan and Attar-Kittah [1].
