This 19th century Protestant image of Jesus, like the cult of the Holy Prepuce, shows an interest in the corporeal reality of Jesus.

Machuca (2004) is a Chilean drama film written and directed by Andrés Wood. Set in the 1973's Santiago under the Allende's Socialist Government, the film tells the story of two friends, one of them the very poor (Pedro Machuca) who is integrated into a rich elitist school where they meet, thanks to a social integration project headed by the priest and director of the school Father McEnroe.

The film stars Matias Quer (Gonzalo Infante), Manuela Martelli (Silvana), Ariel Mateluna (Pedro Machuca), and Ernesto Malbran (Father Mc Enroe).
