Knowledge, Expertise & Skills

I have good knowledge of meteorology and have been interested ever since I was a small boy. I am able to interperate most weather charts including teleconnexions and Skew-T. I also have an intermediate level of understanding in HTML and can program web pages.

I am a person who is very interested in almost anything and have read up on a variety of subjects. I am fairly knowledgeable on string theory, quantum mechanics and particle physics. I also have a basic understanding of neuroscience and neural networks.

I am proficient in the use of Pro/DESKTOP v8.0, Corel Draw and Techsoft 2D Design as well as Sibelius Software and Final Cut Pro.

I play piano to ABRSM Grade 8 standard, bassoon to ABRSM Grade 4 standard and pipe organ to ABRSM Grade 6 standard. I can also play recorder, tin whistle, panpipes and Bodhrán.
