I am an American man thirty-one years of age.

By profession I am an engineer working in machine vision. Machine vision is a twin to computer vision, the academic study of "making computers see." I've worked in the field for seven years.

My interests outside of work include fiction writing, philosophy, etymology, jazz, billiards/pool/snooker, and being a beer snob.
