Hidetsugu Aneha

Hidetsugu Aneha (姉歯秀次, Aneha Hidetsugu; born June 10, 1957 in Osato, Miyagi Prefecture -) is a former Japanese one-class authorized architect and builder.

Now he became the person concerned because it was clear that Aneha falsified an earth-quake resistant structural data of lots of condominiums and hotels in 2005 and became a serious social problem in Japan. On December 7, his one class authorized architect license's revocation was determined by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. He doesn't go back home now because "I'm afraid of going back home", "I wanna die" he said but he appeared in his home on December 20, 2005.

However, a summons of a witness was held by the Diet on December 14, 2005, "I was told to reduce the amount of reinforced concrete by Kimura Construction's Akira Shinozuka. I falsified an earth-quake resistant data because I had a sick wife, I would have lost my job and money if I refused the work" Aneha testified extremely coolly.

On April 26, 2006, 8 people including him, Moriyoshi Kimura, Akira Shinozuka and Togo Fujita were arrested for the violation of authorized architect law and the other law.

Career history

  • 1957 - He was born in Osato, Miyagi Prefecture
  • 1976 - After graduating from the Department of Building at Furukawa technical high school, he entered a general contractor of the nucleus which established the main office in Osaka instead of entering university.
  • 1984 - He left a general contractor in the reason that he wanted to do the building work.
  • 1988 - He established an architect office in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture.
  • 1990 - He was registered with a one-class authorized architect.
  • 2005 - He was deprived his one-class authorized architect license because of disguise of quake-resistant strength.
  • 2006 - His wife reportedly died after she jumped out of a condominium in Chiba.
