Gerry Byrne (born September 27, 1966 in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador) is a Canadian politician.

Byrne is a current member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Humber—St. Barbe—Baie Verte since 1996. Byrne is a former political assistant. He is currently the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health with special emphasis on Drug Review Agency, and is the former Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency), and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources.
