Tennoji (天王寺区; -ku) is a ward in Osaka, Japan. It is named after the Shitennoji (Temple of the Four Guardian Gods), which is located in the ward.

Tennoji Station is the city's main southeastern rail terminal, and is the terminus of the Hanwa Line and the Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line.
