Lito Decorian Sheppard (born April 8, 1981 in Jacksonville, Florida) is a Pro Bowl cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles. He is 5-10 and 194 pounds. He was drafted with the 26th pick of the 2002 NFL Draft out of the University of Florida. He is the cousin of current Eagles teammate, wide receiver Jabar Gaffney. He attended William M. Raines High School in Jacksonville, the same school attended by Eagles teammate Brian Dawkins.

Lito was selected to the 2005 Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii.

College career

Lito Sheppard attended the University of Florida. While there, he was a two time All-American, started 22 games in 3 seasons, and recorded 8 interceptions, and 87 tackles. He also returned 27 kickoffs for 472 yards (22.5 yards per return avg.).
