Oh, bloody fuck.

Moved Tibetan alphabet to "Tibetan script" because it didn't fall under my definition of "alphabet" -- but apparently alphabet is an umbrella term for "real alphabets", abugidas and abjads together after all. I am stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Sorry. - Cymydog Naakka 19:43, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)

I for one applaud your crusade to limit alphabet to the more limited usage. But times ago there was a decision of some sort, to use "alphabet" everywhere, even for ideographic writing systems. Perhaps we can try to rollback the earlier vote. -- Pjacobi 19:49, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
