Returning on a limited basis. Too much time invested here to let go to waste.
If you'd like to reach me, it's best you e-mail me. Just click on the link or write me care of [email protected] during business hours Pacific (UTC minus 7). - Lucky 6.9 04:55, 18 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Good to see you back. Don't let that son-of-a-B-Movie-Bandit get you down. You do good work here. --Ardonik.talk() 05:50, Sep 18, 2004 (UTC)
- Thank you very, very much. I've answered on your talk page as well. Believe me, I'm not going to let a mindless fool or a bot win out. Take care. - Lucky 6.9 06:02, 18 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Yay, you're back. :D Is there a page with more info on this so-called bandit, so that I may join the fight? I hear about him, but have no clue really what he does or what to do about it. --Golbez 06:29, Sep 18, 2004 (UTC)
- Actually, now that I read your page, you don't want to get involved in that. I understand completely. Up to you if that includes sharing information. And it may all be for naught if he's actually gone. :) --Golbez 06:34, Sep 18, 2004 (UTC)
- Count me in too. If you'll have me, I wouldn't mind putting my time and effort towards a good cause. Glad to see you back. Rhymeless 06:32, 18 Sep 2004 (UTC)
I don't know whether I should be welcoming you back or yelling at you for leaving again. So consider this both. Just say to yourself "the Bandit is some kind of freak with no clue and no life" and don't get stressed out. -- Cyrius|✎ 06:36, 18 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Point taken, Cyrius. Thanks to all you guys. I'll drop you some personal notes on your talk pages. - Lucky 6.9 02:33, 19 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Wonderful to see you back. . . You do have a lot of excellent contribs floating around the Wiki. I encourage you to stick to those kind of things, and leave the "litterbugs" of the 'pedia to the cleanup crew - which isn't the best place for you to be. Speaking of new and worthy articles, check out some of my latest contribs like Wanamaker's and Vasquez Rocks, plus my major contrib to Tiburcio Vasquez. Enjoy! (grin) --avnative 13:22, Sep 19, 2004 (UTC)
Hey, what a pleasure to run into Lucky on VfD again, just like the old days. :-) I hope you'll allow yourself a B-Movie convalescence of doing only the pleasantest wiki tasks for a while, Ralph. Bishonen 15:38, 19 Sep 2004 (UTC)
You're back! Again! Hi. –Andre (talk) 21:48, 25 Sep 2004 (UTC)
I only copied text from public domain resources I thinkPassword
The Bandit?
Looks like MAYBE the Bandit has learned his lesson. Now he's writing 4-sentence unwikfied stubs : [1] RickK`
Heyyya Lucky guy! Got your message, and (drum roll) take a looksee at the article now. You probably could add more to it (the scientific stuff), but I think I've covered the bases pretty well on it. FYI, ol' Huell the Howser hisself climbed up it recently, I think. . . it aired on KCET last week, I believe. Great addition to the Wiki.
Kelso Dunes would be another good addition. I'm suprised Glamis (between El Centro and Yuma) isn't an article yet. The old Plank Road (original US 80 in the Glamis dunes area) also is missing. And don't forget Edward Fitzgerald Beale's camel corps isn't yet an article either. I've toyed also with the idea of getting the Chocolate Mountains entered as an article due to the name (hehehe), but haven't really found a lot on it so far. You had said you might do a PS aerial tram piece. . . Maybe now would be good?
I need to get back to some AV stuff with User:The anon. I've been working on some fun stuff for a while, and I do need to get back to what I've told others I'd do. But of course I want to keep working with you on things, alright? (friendly thought) As Always, --avnative 23:43, Sep 19, 2004 (UTC)
Glamis/Plank Road
Booyah yassef! (wink wink) You're sounding like my neighbor R. Lee Ermey. . . (tee hee) You like my brainstormy nutcase ideas??? Haveatem!
Ummmm. . . Yuma T. P. isn't yet an article here??? Whoa. . . Put that one up, doggone it! (I visited that place as a youth and I still remember how desolate it seemed, yet in view of the river areas.) My thought on US 80 is to have a mention on the Old Plank Road in that article, then link it there to a new article, a la Ridge Route. (Amazing how no one has edited it since Raul654 made it a featured article. We must have done a bang up job or somethin'. . .) Of course pixs wouldn't hurt. Huell did a special on Plank which showed earlier this month and there are two varieties, BTW: "tireplank" - where if you get your tires off the plank, you're stuck - and "fullplank" - which allows for more error when driving (you don't get stuck as often). I remember seeing asphalted parts of this fullplank road being wasted by the sand dunes, circa 1970-71.
Thanks for the kind word on Amboy Crater. It's easy to do that kind of stuff, too - really it is. . . I just have to focus my energies on what are priority articles to work on. PS Tram is up on the Wiki? With the Wiki servers busy, I couldn't do a full check on its location. I'll take a look at it later. Great to see you back in good form mi amigo! --avnative 01:07, Sep 20, 2004 (UTC)

The last time I saw a contribution from you, you were leaving a message for Jimbo saying you were going away and might not be back. It's good to see you back and editing again! -- Graham ☺ | Talk 22:49, 20 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Apprentice 2 Candidates
One article instead of 18? What and decrease the article count? (See our Home Page 1,000,000 article pride.) The stubs can become good articles. See Kelly Perdew, which I've just worked on. The stubs are there to encourage people to contribute.
By the way, does you name have the connotation I think or should I get my mind out of the gutter?[[User:Nricardo|--Nelson Ricardo >>Talk<<]] 05:28, Sep 21, 2004 (UTC)
LOL! Check your talk page... - Lucky 6.9 05:31, 21 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Thanks
Thank you for the birthday greetings. RickK 22:44, Sep 23, 2004 (UTC)
Hi, Lucky, do you think Vampire Princess Miyu is clearer now? It was bewildering the way it said "Blabla is an anime series based on a manga of the same name": if it is that, it would have to be a manga also. And it is. Both the comic books and the DVD's are available on Amazon. I don't have much idea of the subject, I just very occasionally try to clean it up, to live up to my manga/anime username. :-) And because I have an anime fanboy kid, though he doesn't edit on Wikipedia. They really do love that aggravating stuff. --Bishonen 23:47, 23 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Thank you
Hey thanks for filling out the article on Tor Johnson. I would've added examples, such as his role in Plan 9, but it was after midnight and I was about to the point of falling asleep at the keyboard.

It doesn't appear to me that our mutual "friend" understands why we're continuing to delete the page, so I'm just trying to explain that to him. -- Grunt 🇪🇺 22:52, 2004 Sep 24 (UTC)
Incidentally, he also appears to be trying to communicate with you via your user page (look at the page history and maybe give him a pointer to here). -- Grunt 🇪🇺 22:54, 2004 Sep 24 (UTC)
- Nah, external link to a video art chronology? That's not the Bandit's thing. Could be Mr. Treason though - looks more like his style. Seems someone got that stub you posted on my talk page before I woke up, too. Oh, and I just took care of that school one as well. Neutrality took the speedy tag off, but I saw it in your edit history, and it was a candidate if ever I saw one. Ambi 01:45, 25 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Speedy delete
Why did you make a speedy delete to Price Pfister?? 66.32.255.192 02:08, 25 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Road Runner anon
Hi. I just got a note from you regarding vandalism on User talk:67.52.108.20 which I use here at work sometimes to edit anonymously, time allowing. That causes me some great concern and I assure you it wasn't me. Do you recall what the problem was? If someone else is messing around on this site via this proxy, rest assured I'll sign in every time from here. Thanks. - Lucky 6.9 16:40, 24 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Hi Lucky, Looking through my "contributions" list, at that point, there was a whole big debacule going on at the Gay Nigger Association of America page. However, as I didn't put my default "Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, merely reporting on the world" statement on the page, it wouldn't be that. I think it was just some nonsense new page, and the level of the warning was simply because of the IPs history. I do believe you, that it wasn't you. Really, until someone on the same range does something else vandalous, there's no real reason to stop editing unsigned in. -- user:zanimum
Mogenic was not a speedy deletion candidate. Adverts aren't speedy material.
You should list it on WP:VFD if yout hink it should go. — David Remahl 18:11, 28 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Same for Skegness_Grammar_School. — David Remahl 20:58, 28 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Thought the "Mogenic" was spam. I didn't see the second line on the "Skegness" and I thought it was a one-sentence substub. :^) - Lucky 6.9 23:26, 28 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Wikipals list
I know it's extremely lame but I've just started a wikipals list on my user page and you're on it. It's a list of generally "nice people" I've met in the year since I first signed up. If you don't want to to be on it let me know and I'll take you of. -- Graham ☺ | Talk 00:59, 1 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Hey, welcome back! And sorry about "teleiophilia"
I'm glad to see you back. And I have to say that I'm sorry to have discovered that "teliophilia" is a misspelling of "teleiophilia" which I think is a real word. That doesn't mean I want to keep the present article. I really hate even trying to be fair-minded about this stuff. [[User:Dpbsmith|Dpbsmith (talk)]] 23:47, 1 Oct 2004 (UTC)
The Bandit, redux
User:Haydes seems to be recreating articles by the Bandit which I've speedy deleted. RickK 20:53, Oct 2, 2004 (UTC)
Torrance High School
You went to Torrance High School? I was living in Torrance/PV up until June, when I moved up here to Sacramento. RickK 18:11, Oct 4, 2004 (UTC)
Call
Hey! We haven't talked in a while. Do you want me to call you this evening? If so, you'll have to email me your # again, because it's washed away in a sea of about a thousand emails. Damned mailing list. Mike H 19:17, Oct 4, 2004 (UTC)
Iraq Articles
I'm not posting nonsense. Do a search on Google for "Black Banners, Iraq" and you'll find plenty of information, although this is a rather murky subject. I'll cite one of my sources now.
- My bad. Thanks for pointing out the error. - Lucky 6.9 23:06, 4 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Re: Mira Costa High School page
Hi. I'm not sure where to go to seek further help on this issue, but since you've put the page on the nomination list for deletion, I thought this would be a good place to start. I've added more on the academic achievements at MCHS to the stub that I put up last week. I mentioned that the page has been updated on the VfD page, but I haven't seen any other comments on it at all since then. Like I mentioned there, I've got information on the school's sports programs to add, but I thought the academics would be a better start, especially since one of the school's teachers was awarded the National Teacher of the Year award a couple years ago. slambo 19:42, 5 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Check the article now. I gave it a cleanup message and wrote on both points on the Speedy delete message, namely the talk page and the speedy deletion Wikipedia project, a question about being a speedy delete. Any comments?? 66.32.243.21 00:45, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Call again
I tried calling around 10:30 your time but I didn't receive a response...I guess you were asleep? Anyway, I'll call you this evening...in a half-hour or so. Mike H 00:47, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)
- Sure! No problem. Mike H 00:49, Oct 6, 2004 (UTC)
