Disney Sing Along Songs were a series of videos and DVD's for young children with musical moments from various Disney films, tv shows and attractions, which came out in the 1980s and 1990s. Lyrics for the songs could be found on the bottom of the screen with the Mickey Mouse icon as a "Bouncing ball". The twelve titles opened with a theme song introduction containing fottage featuring Professer Owl and his class whom which were previously seen in 1953 in the two Disney shorts Melody and Toot, Whistle, Plunk, and Boom. Moreover, he hosted some of the videos while either Ludwig Von Drake or Jiminy Cricket hosted others, and a few had no host at all. There were lots of titles over the years and some of them are being re-released on DVD as of late. A few of the songs presented on the videos were also put on the respective films' DVD releases as bonus features. After Volume Twelve, some of the songs that were presented in earlier videos were featured again on newer videos. Earlier videos were remastered in 1991 and again in 1995.
