This is a list of Iraq War rationales cited by Bush administration. The quantity and variety of the Bush administration's rationales for the Iraq War were first comprehensively compiled and analyzed by Devon M. Largio in his undergraduate thesis. Since the publication of the Largio thesis, the Bush administration has cited other reasons for going to war:
