She was born Nicholai Olivia Hilton, a daughter of Richard Hilton and former actress Kathy Richards. Her older sister is Paris Hilton and her two younger brothers are Barron Nicholas Hilton and Conrad Hughes Hilton.
Nicky's great-grandfather is Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton Hotel chain. The family worth is estimated at $300,000,000.
Her nickname is the same as her granduncle, Conrad Hilton, Jr., who was called "Nicky." He was also first married to actress Elizabeth Taylor.
Hilton and her sister, Paris, are known for their jet-set lifestyles, though Nicky has kept a lower profile.
On August 15, 2004, Hilton married Todd Andrew Meister, a tycoon worth $100,000,000, at a Las Vegas Wedding Chapel.
