XMODS
XMODS are 1:28 scale toy-grade electric radio-controlled cars. They feature 130 class motors (RPMs vary), working headlights, fully independent front and rear suspensions, and optional all-wheel drive. Customizing kits are factory authorized and true to every detail. The cars are produced and distributed by RadioShack(USA) & Hobby Products International (HPI).

Xmod Evolution Models
Xmods Evolution is a newer range of models released in Fall 2005. They have better suspension geometry, [citation needed] a range of power that has been increased by ten percent, and are available with either a car or truck chassis. They come in six body styles, which also have modifiable parts:
These cars can be modified in almost any way, mostly with aftermarket mods supplied by various vendors. In Europe HPI sells XMODS directly, with the cars having different colours to those on offer in the USA by Radioshack.
