Welcome back
Erm so what did you miss... Well how about this recent event for starters. In other news userbox wars are subsiding with the German solution (moving them to userspace) proceeding; process vs product arguments becoming more common on WP:DRV with certain admins deciding they are the final authority on these things (is that new?); RFA standards seem to have risen to new ridiculous levels with some people opposing for having less than 5,000 edits and creating 40 new articles somehow isn't enough; in Esperanza elections are underway for the new council (I'm in them, loosing, but not horribly badly). How's that for an amazingly selective and biased summary based on the more recent events that are still in my mind? Petros471 10:01, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you, though I can't say I'm particularly enchanted by the changes in my absence. // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 16:35, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- Yeh I haven't really picked the most optimistic things there have I... I'm sure there's plenty of good stuff as well :) Go and read some of the new featured articles or gasp in awe at some of the amazing featured pics. Petros471 16:43, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- Good to see that you are back! (I was just becoming active and vaguely remember your userpage before the departure notice.) The Signpost Archives are a great resource to catch up on changes. GChriss 20:13, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'll look through the archives. :) // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 20:30, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
London
Hello Dev920. You re-added the text of London to London (poem), citing WP:S&P— which doesn't seem to exist. Were you referring to an existing page? // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 02:12, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry about that. I meant WP:L&P - it says short songs and poems should be added. Additionally the guidelines for Wikiproject poetry also say to add short poems. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dev920 (talk • contribs) 11:08, July 9, 2006.
- Thank you for pointing that out. I've added the link to Wikisource back in, as it allows users to visit Wikisource and browse the rest of Blake's collection. // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 18:06, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
Welcome back!

AOL Collateral Damage
Sorry to bother you, but Hubert the Hippo (talk · contribs · page moves · current autoblocks · block log) is causing quite a bit of collateral damage--AOL user 16:37, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for pointing that out. I've cleared the autoblocks and will watch more closely for new ones. // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 16:57, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
Hey
I wanna know why you keep sending me insulting messages. I want an answer immedietly.--Qasqass 04:22, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
- Hello Qasqass. I'm not sure which messages you're referring to; I don't recall sending any to you. Could you be more specific? // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 04:24, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
- Since you seem to have placed this message on multiple user talk pages, I'll assume this message is spam and should not be taken seriously. // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 04:28, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
Qasqasss has been using my ip address
Dear Pathoschild,
A mysterious user, Qasqasss, has been using my ip address, presumably by hacking into it. Unfortunately, I have been blocked because of his/her actions. Please unblock me.
Thanks!
- I cannot find the block affecting you in the logs. Please paste the contents of the block infobox (screenshot) below so that I can locate the block. Note that IP addresses are often assigned to entire networks, so that many users may share the same IP address. // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 06:31, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
