Sri Kalahastheeswara Institute of Technology, (SKIT),established in 1997 is one of the reputed engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh,India.It is located in the holy temple town of SriKalahasti.It has the following Branches (I) Mechanical Engineering, (2) Electrical & Electronics Engineering, (3) Electronics & Communication Engineering and (4) Computer Science Engineering with an intake of 60 seats in each branch.The college is affiliated to JNTU( Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University ), Hyderabad , A.P. and is approved by AICTE(All India Council for Technical Education), New Delhi.

The faculty are highly qualified,competent and dedicated.The faculty student ratio is very well maintained in consonance with the norms of the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.The faculty is ably supported by adequate non-teaching staff.

The alumni of this college is wide spread in reputed organizations across the world.
