The Mind Eraser is a steel roller coaster at six different Six Flags amusement parks. This is the most standard Vekoma SLC coaster that is found in many theme parks; at least fifteen other parks have this exact same ride under other names. The highlight of the track is a double spin (double in-line twist) that follows an inverted loop.
The seat for the trains is suspended above the rider’s head letting the ride dangle their feet. Because of the design many riders choose to remove their shoes before riding to prevent their footwear from being lost during the loops and twists.
Currently this ride is found at:
- Six Flags America opened in 1995
- Six Flags Darien Lake opened in 1997
- Six Flags Elitch Gardens opened in 1997
- Six Flags New England opened in 1997
It is also located at two other parks under different names:
- Six Flags Marine World as Kong opened in 1998
- Six Flags Mexico as Batman: The Ride opened in 2000
It was also located at Six Flags AstroWorld under the name Serial Thriller before this park closed. It is currently in storage at The Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom.
