Veere

Veere (population: 22,000) is a town in the southwestern Netherlands, in the province of Zeeland. The municipality covers an area of 134.96 km² (of which 103.45 km² water).


The municipality of Veere also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Aagtekerke, Biggekerke, Domburg, Gapinge, Grijpskerke, Koudekerke, Meliskerke, Oostkapelle, Serooskerke, Vrouwenpolder, Westkapelle, Zoutelande.
