The Innoko River is a river in western Alaska at about 64°0' North 156°30' West. It flows north from its origin at then southwest to its end at the Yukon River, across from Holy Cross, Alaska.

The river is abouy 725 km (450 miles) long. It is within the Innoko National Wildlife Refuge.
