User talk:Stefan Knorr
Hello, I have a quick question. Is it against Graal's Terms of Service to help modify or improve upon a wikipedia.org article? Somehow my account 'Questa' was banned. But the strange part is, my nickname on Wikipedia is not 'Questa'. How and why was my account globally banned. I broke no rules in Graal. I've upgraded the account a couple times (paid money) and I have no personal qualms against Cyberjouers at all. I just wanted the Wikipedia article to be accurate and up to date with all of Graal happenings. Including the unpleasant things. But I find it to be very unprofessional for you to ban my game account by somehow linking my user name on here with that account. If I were an anonymous user would you have linked my IP to the Graal Account? And why wasn't I contacted about the ban? I think that is seriously unprofessional. Please explain all of this to me. I submitted a support ticket and unixmad doesn't know why I was banned. Do you? Quamsta 11:22, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
Ibonic was answering your ticket and didn't know it, we will try to answer it soon.
Stefan Knorr 11:32, 22 July 2006 (UTC) Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert a single page more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. Alphachimp talk 02:02, 23 July 2006 (UTC)

Well the wiki entry made up by a Graal player was flooded with claims how bad the company and the owner is without giving any evidences. After we have tried to moderate it, removing the personal attacks and adding criticism provided by other players, Warcaptain requested a moderation, in which result all the claims are still on the page without being discussed before adding them, and still without any evidence. For us it is not tolerable if such wrong information is displayed on Wikipedia, which is normally known as quite trustable source of information. We have said we might be looking for a way to find another moderator watching at the case, which has lead to banning our company ip it seems. Stefan Knorr 11:30, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
It would also be interesting to know for what we have been banned. Stefan Knorr 13:16, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
Apparently the ban was done because we have not instantly unbanned all friends of Warcaptain from our game. That means we should unban all people who were breaking rules of the game or are in moderation state (banreason discussed) ? What exactly does Wikipedia want to reach by supporting those people? Even long-time Wikipedia users were seeing those modifications of the GraalOnline wikipedia entry as something that doesn't belong there (see the GraalOnline talk), and it should not have an influence on how we run the game. We cannot let everyone who is breaking the game rules to continue to play. Stefan Knorr 14:32, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
We have still no explaination for the ban. No one has given us exact information about what we have done for being banned, no one said what accounts we might have unfairly banned from our game. I am also wondering why it's ok for the moderators that we are ip-banned from the opposing site, while no one even wants to know why we have banned them from our game some time ago.
