Christopher Newbury (born 10 November 1956, Trowbridge, England) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is an elected Independent member of Wiltshire County Council representing Westbury, Wiltshire and also an appointed member of the Congress of the Council of Europe.

He was educated at Gresham's School, and Keble College, Oxford.
