Richard Michael Epcar (born April 29, 1955 in Denver, Colorado), better known as Richard Epcar, is an American voice actor for many dubbed anime series, including Robotech, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG, as well as the Viewtiful Joe anime, and most recently Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. He was also a very active voice actor during many Power Rangers series (as well as series that were similar to said show). One of his known alias names is Richard George. He is the husband of Ellyn Stern and he is best friends with Tom Wyner.

Richard also appears (with his wife) in an episode of the TLC series Clean Sweep, in which he must deal with a lifetime's worth of collectible James Bond memorabilia.

  • When the Power Rangers franchise began crediting voice actors for Monsters of the Day in 1999 (this was during the Lost Galaxy season), Epcar was the first to be credited. He had a role in that episode as the voice of Fishface.
