The Alaska Wild are an arena football team in the af2 league, and will begin play in the 2007 season. The team will play its home games at Sullivan Arena in Anchorage, Alaska.

Team History

The Alaska Wild was organized May 6, 2006 to become Alaska's first professional football team. The name "Alaska Wild" was chosen from over 1,500 names submitted online on the team's website.
