YourCousin

This user has been continously attacking User:Ryulong and other users. The current situation is occuring here. The user keeps intentionally generating new IPs and claims to have a main account other than the above[1] "I have a proper USER ID with nearly 2,000 edits." I believe checkuser should be used to find this users other accounts, due to their vandalism and personal attacks of users and their other accounts (above) and IPs being blocked.

There is also a list of all IPs the user has used on the report here.--Andeh 23:01, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Request for reconsideration The user behind this vandalism spree has claimed to be an editor in good standing [2] and also to have driven away three good editors by bullying [3]; has also threatened Ryulong's RFA [4] and posted to this page (moved to talk).

However, most of the vandal edits (see Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#YourCousin sockpuppeteering for complete list) are from NTL, a very common UK ISP, and the user claims to be posting from a variety of sites. It may be that when posting as YourCousin (talk · contribs) or Repmart (talk · contribs) he was less careful to obscure his identity, since those were the earliest posts from this vandal/bully persona. information Note: The users, other than Your Dad, are obviously related, though there isn't much that can be done short of a 86.29.0.0/16 rangeblock, which would likely be a bad idea (I've not checked the /16, but being a large ISP, I suspect it would be well used). "Your Dad", if at all involved, is an American impersonator. I do note that one of the accounts appears to have slipped and used a work IP; while I'm not prepared to release specific information now, Ryulong has apparently been receiving death threats, and if the matter is taken up with the police it should be no trouble for them to track the individual down via his use of work computers.
