Hammarby Badge

Hammarby IF is a Swedish football club, which plays its home games at Söderstadion in the Hammarby district of Stockholm.
Formed in 1897, Hammarby IF finally won their first Swedish League Championship in the 2001 season. The club is nicknamed Bajen (pronounced 'Buy-en' in English), and its supporters call themselves Bajare (Buy-ar-eh). 'Bajen Fans' is the largest independent supporters' club in Scandinavia. The mercurial Lennart 'Nacka' Skoglund (b.1929 d.1975) is widely regarded as the club's greatest ever player. The home kit is green and white, and the away kit black and yellow, both usually featuring vertical stripes.
