Trivia

  • Vocalist Keith Buckley has said that the instrumental part of the music is written without him present. The finished music is sent to him and he is then responsible for performing his vocals over the music.
  • At a July 4th concert, Keith Buckley stated the song "The New Black" will be in the forthcoming Guitar Hero II video game. Red Octane quickly fired back in an internet post saying nothing is definite, but they are in talks with Every Time I Die.
  • On August 5th, 2006, at the Warped Tour Concert in Nassau Coliseum, the band started one of the biggest "circle pits" ever [citation needed] to the song "Bored Stiff" off their recent album.
