The Cobra King of Kathmandu is the last book in the Children of the Lamp Trilogy by P.B. Kerr. It is scheduled to release in late 2006, in both the UK and USA. The book description is as followed (as written on Amazon):

In the third book of the bestselling Children of the Lamp series, djinn twins, John and Philippa Gaunt, are on the trail of another magical mystery.
