Graeme ("Foxy") Fowler (born 20 April 1957 in Accrington, Lancashire) was a professional cricketer who played for Lancashire and England. After leaving Lancashire, he played for Durham.

He made his Test debut in 1982 when several England players were banned for participating in the rebel tour of South Africa during the apartheid era. He played 21 Tests and 26 one-day internationals in total. His highest Test score was 201, made in a nine-hour innings in Madras (now Chennai); this was the first double century by an English cricketer in India. However, he lost his place in the England team when the rebel tourists were reinstated.

He is now a cricket broadcaster and also holds the post of Senior Cricket Coach at Durham University.
