Pacific Trim is an EP released by indie rock group Pavement on January 23, 1996 (see 1996 in music). It was recorded on short notice to coincide with the band's Australian tour. The CD release contained three tracks (as opposed to the vinyl version's four, as "I Love Perth" is only found on the vinyl release). "Give it a Day" is a sort of quasi ballad, "Gangsters and Pranksters" features upbeat music and odd lyrics and lasts just under a minute and a half, and the scottish chantey "Saganaw" is considered one of Pavement's more strange works.

Track listing

  1. "Give it a Day" – 2:37
  2. "Gangsters and Pranksters" – 1:29
  3. "Saganaw" – 3:31
  4. "I Love Perth" – 1:08 (vinyl version only)
