Sergei Zholtok

Sergei Zholtok (Born September 2, 1972 in Riga, USSR; Died November 3, 2004) was a Latvian professional ice hockey player. Zholtok was drafted by Boston in 1992, 55th overall, and played 588 NHL games with the Boston Bruins, Ottawa Senators, Montreal Canadiens, Edmonton Oilers, Minnesota Wild and the Nashville Predators. He was playing for the club team in Riga during the locked-out 2004-05 NHL season when his cardiac arrhythmia resurfaced. He had had to leave a game in January, 2003 due to this arrythmia, and had been observed in hospital overnight.
