Delpheno is a username created by an Asian , who's name is to remain unknown.

Origin

Delpheno was actually a username created by accident. The original name intended to be Delfino, from the video game Super Mario Sunshine, where the setting is an island called Isle Delfino.

Misspelling the name led it to Delpheno. This was considered to be fortunate because Delfino was a name already taken.
