Washwoodheath Technology College is an educational institution in Birmingham, United Kingdom. It is located on Burney Lane.it accomodates for over 1000 students 90% of which are of ethnic minority.The majority ethnic group in the school is pakistani. The school was brought out of specuial mesures in 2004 by former headteacher mr M mchugh.The school prides itself on its specialism in the area of technolgy.Its state of the art computer system make learning easier for students.Although the school has got bad press over the last few years for its rowdy behaviour of its students it is slowly stepping up the ladder to success with their pass rates at gcse and a level increaing by more than 15% of what it was 2 yrs ago.
