Wieden+Kennedy (W+K) is an independently owned American advertising agency best known for its work for Nike.

W+K was founded on April 1, 1982, upon winning Nike as its first account. The company’s Nike work includes such iconic advertising as: The Air Jordan ads featuring Spike Lee and Michael Jordan, the "Bo Knows" ad campaign and the phrase "Just Do It."

It is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, with offices in New York, London, Amsterdam, Shanghai and Tokyo.

Wieden's client list currently includes: Nike, Starbucks, Electronic Arts (EA), Target, Honda, Coke, ESPN, Miller Brewing, Sharp Corporation, and Procter and Gamble. In 2002, the Gunn Report recognized Wieden as the most awarded agency in the world.
