America's Space Prize is a US$50 million orbital spaceflight competition establised by hotel entrepreneur Robert Bigelow, who has committed to funding half of the prize. The prize will be awarded to the first team that commercially builds a space transport system capable of flying 5-7 astronauts to an inflatable space module constructed by Bigelow Aerospace by 2010.
