Margarita -- cocktail or pizza


The queen of tequila based cocktails, the Margarita is justly renowned as a refreshing sundowner. Mix three parts of tequila, two of Cointreau and one of fresh lime juice in an ice-filled shaker and serve in salt-rimmed cocktail glasses.

Students or the budget conscious may substitute triple sec for Cointreau. Lime cordial is to be avoided if at all possible.
