2005–06 United States network television schedule

This was the United States broadcast television schedule on all six commercial television networks for the Fall season beginning in September 2005. All times are Eastern and Pacific. At the conclusion of the season, the highest-rated show for the year will be colored in lime.
PBS, the Public Broadcasting Service, was in operation but the schedule was set by each local station.
Note: The highest-rated television series of the year, American Idol, only aired in the winter and spring of 2006 and did not receive a berth on the autumn 2005 schedule. The highest-rated regularly scheduled program, CSI, was colored on the schedule in lime.
