Dr. Toby R. Meltzer, MD, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. He specialises in sex reassignment surgery male-to-female and facial feminization surgery though his is probably best known for his work in sex-reassignment. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University medical school.
