Tram route 109 is a public transport service in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It runs from Station Peer in Port Melbourne, along a light rail track to Southbank, up Spencer Street to the Melbourne CBD, along Bourke Street and then out to the Eastern suburbs. Until 2003 the route terminated in Mont Albert but in 2003 the route received a $28 million state-of-the art extension between Mont Albert and Box Hill.
