House of the Redeemer, 95th St Facade.

Located a 7 East 95th St. on New York City's Upper East Side, the House of the Redeemer is one of the finest Italian Renaissance-styled townhouses in New York.

Designed by architect Grosvenor Atterbury in 1916 for Editch Shepard and Ernesto Fabbri, the house was constructed around Shepard and Fabbri's archtiectural piece collection. The highlight of the house is its library showcasing historic panels from the Ducal Palace in Urbino, Italy.

The house was deeded to the Episcopal Church in 1949 and now serves as a retreat house.
