Cody Martin Linley (born November 20, 1989) is an American actor.

Linley was born in Denton, Texas to Lee Allen Linley and Cathy Sue Martin. He has an older brother, Chad. He attended Degan Elementary School in Lewisville, Texas, where he was raised, and then Huffines Middle School, followed by Lewisville High School.

Linley made his acting debut in the 1998 made-for-television film, Still Holding On: The Legend of Cadillac Jack. He subsequently had supporting parts in three films released in 2000: My Dog Skip, Where the Heart Is and Miss Congeniality. In 2003, Linley had a major role in the independent film When Zachary Beaver Came to Town and appeared in the big-budget Cheaper by the Dozen.

His other roles include guest starring on the season 3 episode "Five Finger Discount" on That's So Raven; in the Martin Lawrence vehicle in Rebound (2005), and a starring role in Hoot, which opened on May 5, 2006 and co-stars Logan Lerman and Brie Larson. He has appeared in two Hannah Montana episodes so far as Jake Ryan, a kid star. It is rumored that his character will soon become regular on the show. He appeared during the premiere of the Cheetah Girls 2, mentioned as a star from Hannah Montana, which means that this rumor might be true.
