Jazz Pianist / Arranger / Composer / Producer / Designer. Born 23 July, 1952 Philadelphia, PA USA

Co-owner Queen Villlage Recording Studios in Philadelphia during the 1970's. Co-wrote, Arranged and Produced, with legendary Philadelphia club DJ Kurt Borusiewicz, KAREN YOUNG's Classic #1 Gold Record "HOT SHOT" released in 1978 on West End Records. Followed by Billboard Magazine's Top Ten Record "STAND UP SIT DOWN" by AKB, released in 1979 on RSO Records, included within 1979 release of LP Album "Rhythmic Feet" by AKB on RSO. Produced and Arranged the first professional recordings by the GIPSY KINGS in 1979. Andy recorded “SOLO DUET,” in 1995, an original collection of musical compositions created spontaneously at the grand piano. Music Director for BOYDS, the Philadelphia high-fashion retailer. Performs publicly at charity events and special venues in order to promote education regarding Classic Jazz and American Standard Songs.

An ardent philanthropic supporter of the lifework of DR. WILHELM REICH, Andy Kahn performs annually in Rangeley, Maine to benefit the Wilhelm Reich Infant Trust. He has performed at other special events for the Trust. In 2002, he researched and presented a paper entitled "Wilhelm Reich's Record Collection: Orgone Energy and Music."
