It is duly registered under the Business Trade name of Bigwas Stream On-Line Broadcast and Publishing House through Department of Trade and Industry (Philippines) and under the franchise of Subic Broadcasting Corporation which has license to install and operate radio and broadcasting stations anywhere in the country by virtue of Republic Act 7511,[1] signed in May 1992.

The station location is at the Dampa sa Mansion Restaurant, Mitra Road, Sta. Monica, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Currently, we are covering the whole of Puerto Princesa, Palawan and extending signals to the nearby municipalities. We are also having hook-up programs from DWOK FM 107.9 PALAWAN to DWOK FM 97.5 OLONGAPO and vice versa. We are also live worldwide via Internet live streaming to ensure wider reach.
