Tomáš Hübschman (born September 4, 1981) is a Czech football player who plays for Shakhtar Donetsk.

Sparta Prague

Before joining Shakhtar in summer of 2004, Hübschman played for Sparta Prague. Hübschman first came to prominence after joining Jablonec on loan. After winning rave reviews, he returned to Sparta Prague, where he was a regular in their 02/03 UEFA Champions League run, playing eleven matches. In the 2003/04 season he helped the club to the quarter-final stage of the 03/04 UEFA Champions League and ended the season helping Sparta win the Czech Cup beating fierce rivals Banik Ostrava 2-1.

Shakhtar Donetsk

After several successful seasons in his homeland, Hübschman joined Shakhtar Donetsk, for a reported fee of €3m. Immediately Hübschman has made a impact, becoming a regular in the team and has won 2 league titles in his frist two seasons.

National Team

Hübschman has represented the Czech Republic at various youth levels and captained his country at the 2001 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Hübschman played for the Czech Republic at Template:Ec2 albeit onlty a minor role. Hübschman also played in a couple of matches for the Czech Republic in the 2006 World Cup qualifictaion but did not make the final team for 2006 FIFA World Cup
