Kananook is the name of a railway station in Melbourne, Australia, operated by Connex.

On July 11, 1990, Sarah MacDiarmid, aged 23 disappeared from Kananook Station, last seen walking out to her car parked in the station carpark. Since then, Kananook has been notourious for being an unstaffed station with poor facilities and security, and has been avoided by many members of the general public.
