Merge into How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?, along with the other finalists. The article itself offers no assertion of this person meeting WP:BIO and Erechtheus's ghits agree. Appearing on a television programme does not automatically confer notability upon an individual. There is plenty of room for a very brief summary of each of the contestants in the main article.
