It is located about 20 minutes north east of the city centre. Its boundaries are formed by Grand Junction Road, Walkleys Road, Wright Road, and Kelly Road.


Government

Valley View is on the perimeter of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield local government area, and is bordered by the City of Salisbury and City of Tea Tree Gully local government areas. It is in both the South Australian House of Assembly electoral districts of Playford and Florey. It is also in the Australian House of Representatives Division of Makin.
